Project Management 
Installation of a new voice and data solution is always a project management challenge, whether it is a new switchboard, an intricate data solution, or with convergent technology. Because communications form an integral part of a modern organization they have to be there when you need them. 

 So we ensure that our whole team use the most effective project management tools to make sure the installation works to an agreed timetable. Working with your managers we identify the key activities and plot the critical path to understand the key milestone dates. Then, in partnership with product manufacturers and network providers, we manage the whole process to make sure it all runs seamlessly. Giving you the communications solutions you need, on time, on budget and to the quality standards you demand. 

Installation 
We have a highly skilled team of trained and certified telecommunications and IT [converged] engineers. Their job is to ensure that your new product is installed quickly and correctly with the minimum possible disturbance to your business, and that it is fully set-up to your specifications and requirements. The installation process begins with our pre install site survey to assess the work involved. We then plan the installation process coordinating with you and any other relevant suppliers.

During the installation our project management skills mean we ensure that we complete each phase on time and within the agreed parameters. You will also find that we put particular emphasis on punctuality to keep to the agreed timetable, but are also flexible to accommodate any unforeseen changes to the schedule that you might need to make.
